How to use this template:
  1. This letter must be drafted and signed by YOUR CPA (Certified Public Accountant) — not by you.
  2. Edit the yellow fields with the relevant information (firm address, your details, dates).
  3. Send the completed template + email request (see Email to CPA) to your CPA.
  4. Once your CPA returns the signed and stamped version on their firm letterhead, you must:
    • Apostille via US Department of State (federal) or relevant state Secretary of State
    • Get it sworn-translated into Spanish by a traductor jurado
  5. Submit with your DNV application to UGE-CE.
